The Kichen Our menus change regularly, we use homegrown produce from our kitchen garden and locally sourced ingredients wherever possible.
Fresh fish is delivered daily from the Brixham Day Boats.
Our aged steak is all locally sourced from Somerset.
Pretty much everything is made in-house - Breads, Pasta, Ice cream, smoked & cured meats & fish.

The Bar A range of local ales, ciders and lagers including organic varieties. All are wines are hand selected for exceptional quality and value. We do not have a 'house' wine but a great selection of delicious wines, champagnes and prosecco sold by the glass and bottle at affordable prices. There's a varied selection of cocktails to be enjoyed all year round but especially good as a sundowner in our Tranquility Gardens.
Sample our 30 malt whisky's including Japanese, Welsh and English varieties. Our 'Silent Still' collection enables connoisseurs to savour the last drops of some of the finest distilleries that have closed or been dismantled. Famous Drams include St Magdalene, Loch Dhu and Port Ellen. For the trendier taste buds there are 10 premium gins to try including our favourite the 2017 spirit of the year "Garden Tiger" from the Capreolus Distillery. We also make our own speciality Rhubarb Gin, Blackcurrant Vodka & Somerset Absinthe.
